John & Nancy from Houston spend their summers in Pagosa Springs and have watched the balloons fly most pretty days
all summer. This year they decided to take a ride themselves.
They launched from downtown Pagosa Springs early on a very clear morning. They lifted slowly over the beautiful
mountain town nested on the banks of the San Juan River. The flight was breathtaking. The winds carried them down the San Juan River into the nearby mountains. The view was outstanding and pilot
Jennifer Burck provided them with a wonderful history lesson on sites they were seeing below and detailed information concerning all of the mountains and mountain peaks visible. It was truly a whole
series of WOW moments.
